Absentee Bid Fax Form
Please list the item
number on the form below with the name or title of the item(s) and the
highest amount you are willing to pay. All absentee bids should be
submitted in a timely manner to reduce the chance of posting error. In
the event of identical bids, the earliest bid received will take
precedence.
On the day of the auction,
a member of our staff will act as your agent and bid for your to attempt
to obtain the lot or lots for your for the lowest possible amount you
are willing to pay. If you have indicated the highest amount you are
willing to pay, you should not be disappointed if you lose an item.
However, many times, you will actually buy it for less than your bid.
You will be notified if
you are the successful bidder, generally the day after the auction.
Carefully check your
absentee bid form; although we do attempt to check the description
against the item number, bids are posted by the lot number. Turkey Creek
offers this service as a convenience to its clients and will not be held
responsible for errors or failure to execute bids.
